A job-seeker activity plan is an important document submitted with applications for the Job Seeker visa (D-10) or extensions of stay. It explains the applicant's career, job-seeking goals, and future employment plans in detail. Immigration review evaluates the applicant's education, career, the realism of their job-seeking activities, and the specificity of their plans to determine whether to grant the residence permit.
